Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on the order size.
Shipping Method: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery Delays: Giggles and Bows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been shipped.

Return Policy

Custom/Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products (including name plates, bows with initials, or custom charms) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-Custom Items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Return Process:

2. We will provide instructions for your return.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders may be placed directly through our website or by filling out our contact form to request an invoice.

All payments must be made in full before items are shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown during checkout.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personalized and custom products, returns are generally not accepted.
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
